Information Warfare (IW), represents a rapidly evolving in the military domain and a component of war based on weapons and techniques of action completely new where information can have powerful effects on  the strategic and tactical decisions in one’s protection or favor. This new type of war becomes invisible and silent because of this valuable weapon, information, which represents in the same time the weapon and the target. The article stresses out details about modern age weapons of the information war, which include a lot of information methods and techniques based on scientific knowledge and the use of artificial intelligence, that can realize the following actions: physical, electromagnetic and cyber attack, depending on the domain where the attack takes place. Each of these has a major impact on the adversary informations and informational systems.

It is hard for me to know what you mean because of your sentence structure, word choices, and ordering.  I will try to fix some of it:

Information Warfare (IW) represents a rapid development in the military domain. It is a component of war based on the latest weapons and technology where information can have powerful effects on the strategic and tactical decisions in one’s favor or defense. This new type of war becomes invisible and silent because of this valuable weapon, information, which represents in the same time the weapon and the target. The article stresses details about modern age weapons of the information war, which include a lot of information methods and techniques based on scientific knowledge and the use of artificial intelligence that can realize the following actions: physical, electromagnetic and cyber attack, depending on the domain where the attack takes place. Each of these has a substantial impact on the adversary informations and informational systems.

The 2nd and 3rd sentences are still too wordy, even with my changes.

For the 2nd and 3rd sentences,

This new type of war is often invisible and silent as this valuable 'information' could possibly act as both weapon and target.

The article stresses on the details about modern age weapons of the information war, which includes a lot of information methods and techniques based on scientific knowledge as well as the use od artificial intelligence in realising the following: physical, electromagnetic and cyber attack, depending on the domain where the attack takes place.

IW/IO are not just for military use, as many other agencies contribute to the larger 'battlefield' such as the State Dept., the old USIA, etc. The confusion is probably in the fact that you are not including the cognitive domain as part of information warfare.

The 3 domains are:

Physical (e.g. bombing a radio tower to deny information from being transmitted/received, EM spectrum attacks such as radar or satellite jamming, etc.)

Network (e.g. cyber warfare)

Cognitive (e.g. PSYOPS, recently renamed MISO which stands for Military Information Support Operations, public diplomacy, public affairs, public relations, Hacktivism, etc.)
