One of the basic ideas of an integrative model is the need for self analysis of the ethical problem, which is referred to as self exploration

The last stage of an integrative model proposed the idea of formulating ethical decision and think about the course of action, and the aftermath effects of the course of action as related to all the parties that are involved coupled with standard principle that can resolve the issue (Tarvydas, 1987. p.51).

The critical - evaluation model can also be referred to as rational model is focused on the beliefs of right and wrong as related to the principle ethics to reach ethical decision.

This means that the bases of ethical actions are formulated at this level.

The critical-evaluative model is guided by the ethical principles which are considered as the foundation of the codes of ethics.

The basic weakness of the model is “an analysis of cultural elements of the dilemma is not articulated in any of the seven formulated steps”

Another challenges that counselor might encounter is related.

There is nothing wrong with a passive tone if you have a reason to use it.  However, people may perceive your writing as boring or wordy.  More direct wordings tend to use less words.

The example may also be using "weasel wording."  Those are words which attempt to make up for missing information, omit the persons involved, or assert more authority on a subject than which you have.  If you knew who called it "self exploration," you would have less of a need to use a passive wording.  "Which is referred to as" is an example of weasel wording because it doesn't tell who refers to it as such.

You should also reword this:

Another challenges that counselor might encounter is related.

Other challenges that counselors might encounter are related.

Other challenges that counselors might encounter relate to this.

"Another" implies just one more challenge, while "other" means there are more than one.  Since you appear to be discussing more than one counselor, it needs an S to make it plural.  Since I assume you mean more than one challenge, then the correct verb would be "are" not "is."

I had to laugh at "weasel wording". I've never heard of it, but it makes sense.
