Check my sentence

"He'd been stealing the books he used to give me"  Is this sentence alright?  p.s.: I want it to be in the past and I mean by it that he used to steal a book every once in a while and give it to her, so now she found out and she's tellig someone.

This is fine. The past perfect progressive implies that the stealing happened in the past and happened over a period of time, not just once.  If this stealing was still going on, you would use the present perfect progressive by replacing 'He'd' (He had) with 'He's' (He has) and change the last part to 'he has been giving me.'

Fission is the process of taking a large nuclei and splitting it into two smaller one, but this process does not give off as much energy as fusion nor is it as safe for the environment; due to the radioactive materials.
