What is the difference between 1. above and over 2. below and under

Please explain to me with examples

Above is used to express comparisons while over is used in sense of cover. e.g.

 

The plane is fying above the hills.

I spread the paper over the table.

 

Below is used in sense of the opposite of 'Above' While under is used in sense of the opposite of 'Over'.
