Sentence goes wrong
Because of weak grammar, my sentences goes wrong. Please help me out

The actual sentence you offer has an inconsistency of number: 'sentences' is plural (more than one) but 'goes' is the form used for singular. So your sentence should read:
"Because of weak grammar, my sentences go wrong."
Try to remember to make sure that the number (singular or plural) and person (1st, 2nd or 3rd) of your verbs agree with each other.

Try "Grammarly Handbook" given at the bottom of this page.
"Oxford Dictionary of Grammar for Students of English 2nd Edition" can be another option.
