Sentence goes wrong

The actual sentence you offer has an inconsistency of number: 'sentences' is plural (more than one) but 'goes' is the form used for singular. So your sentence should read: 

"Because of weak grammar, my sentences go wrong." Try to remember to make sure that the number (singular or plural) and person (1st, 2nd or 3rd) of your verbs agree with each other. For more general help there is a lot of online language training available; try doing a search for English Gammar Lessons or something similar and see what you can find.
