Your major problem is that 'subscript' is the wrong word. 'Subscript' is a noun or adjective, but never a verb. 'Subscribe' is the verb you want to use. All of the following sentences say the same thing using three different tenses.

I have subscribed to the grammar checking program, Grammarly, for two days.  Past perfect.

I subscribed to the grammar checking program, Grammarly, two days ago.  Simple past.

I have been subscribing to the grammar checking program, Grammarly, for two days.  Present perfect progressive.
