I can't seem to make a clear transition from talking about Korean traditional values and their significance to Korean women in Korea.... to..... how these values shape korean immigrant women in the US even after they leave their native land

See example:

After researching the traditional roles of Korean women, the way immigration causes Korean immigrants to uproot themselves from their Korean national identity, the differences between American ideals and Korean values, and the identity crisis Korean American daughters struggle to understand, allowed me to answer my research question.
