You don't have a complete sentence. You have a noun that could be a subject, effects, and two prepositional phrases, but there is no verb. I can add the verb to make this a complete sentence, but it may not be what you are trying to say. It will show you what you need to do, though. I would make 'monopoly' plural.

 

The effects of antitrust on monopolies are that they are broken up into smaller units.
