"Activities Update" or "Activities Updates"?

Hi folks

I would like to use the following for my Letter header, but I do not know which of it is much more applicable. Appreciate your kind help. "Activities Update" or "Activities Updates"?

If there is an update about each activity, I would say "activity updates." If this is an update about the activities that have changes to announce (and perhaps there are other activities not mentioned or changed), I would say "activities update".
