If you are overenthusiastic in your analysis, you might do something wrong which you had done right before.

And don't give me any crud about ending a sentence with a preposition--he is using it adverbially.

Thanks Aaron, May I know how to rephrase this sentence.

May I remove "in your analysis" and changing overenthisiastic to over motivated.

I don't see how being over-motivated would cause someone to make a mistake... For example, a teacher's goal is to figure out how to motivate students... we want them to be motivated... You can clarify "in your analysis"--I just wanted clarify that you are "overenthusiastic" ABOUT something because, again, enthusiasm can be a positive trait and I think that it needs some clarification.

Sorry. I meant "you can remove- 'in your analysis'"

Based on my personal experience. I do exercise to build muscle. Everything goes right when I motivated and more motivated. At one stage I over motivated to gain more muscle. Then i start doing over training, which gaves me negative effect.

I don't understand why you are so determined to chance the adjective you are using... You were motivated... your motivation led to you to train your body... You became overenthusiastic in your training and had negative consequences... If you are honestly trying to convince me that you should use "over-motivated", you simply won't do it. I consider motivation to be a positive thing and if a motivated individual ruins their life because of their motivation (like Ted Kaczynski), then I believe something is wrong with they psyche, not their motivation. His overabundance of motivation could have led him to become a great man instead of the Uni-bomber...

Good point. Can you correct me with Confidence vs Over Confidence. I think in the same manner. Something like elasticity and elastic limit. After that limit, it breaks the elastic system. It is like elasticity graph. When it crosses its limit, it wont behave elasticity. Same way motivated and more motivated is accepted. Over motivated is actually breaking the motivation. This is what i try to mean. Sorry for my bad english.
