This is not a question of grammar, but of of style. It depends on what style guide your school requires that you use. Check with your school or on the syllabus for your class. Many universities have a citation generator to help with proper citation. There are also free ones on the Internet. When you determine which style guide to use, search for a citation generator for that style.
