A negative version would be:

Those men did not help you very much.

An interrogative version:

Did those men help you very much?

An interrogative, negative version:

Those men did not help you very much, did they?

Abid, a sentence always begins with a capital letter. The sentence could be 'Have those men not helped you very much?'.
