Are these sentences correct?


Active voice: The police saw the robbers putting the jewelry into his bag.


Passive voice: The robbers were seen putting the jewelry into his beg.

The only problem I see is that you use 'robbers', plural, but use 'his bag'. Change both to 'their bag' and you're good to go.

Regarding to your answer, the verb see+ verb ing is possible to use.
