Is the below phrase correct..?

0

I have this phrase with me:

"When good intentions are misunderstood, there is little can one do ...!!"

I like to know, whether that was correct or  should it be rephrased to,

"When good intentions are misunderstood, there is little, one can do about it..!!"

I wouldn't change it, especially to your version.

I have never heard of the first one and second one seems to be correct.
