Singular or Plural Noun in a List

Which is correct?

1.) Property Covered under Coverages A, C, or E.

or

2.) Propert covered under Coverage A, C, or E.

I cannot figure out if "coverage" needs to be plural or singular when using "or" as the conjunction in the list.

Thank you.

Is the property covered under coverage A, C, or E?

Coverage is singular, your asking which "one"  - coverage A, or C, or E.
