I think the following sentence does not make any sence, can you please help to correct it for me please.

Dewey educational theorist whom his further theories were developed by Kolb and Fry argued saying what we did came as realisation and we do not learn from what we did. .

No, it doesn't make much sense you're right. I think it might mean something along the lines of the following, but it's difficult to tell for certain. You should check.
Dewey educational theory, which was further developed by Kolb and Fry, argues that we develop through inspiration, not from practical experience.
I do not know if this assertion of Dewey theory is correct (I rather suspect it is not) so please make sure you check it against other sources.
