Furthermore, I think a professional is trained to handle all situations within the classroom.

This requires quick thinking to overcome these and understanding the students to reach them in an effective way.

Without changing, this solution seems reasonable at least for the meaning

The only thing you need to make a sentence is a noun and a verb.  You have plenty of both.  (verbs: train, handle, require, understand, reach)  These can be moved around and separated in many ways.

Them is a pronoun that you are using twice to refer to different things – situations and students.  It creates confusion or ambiguity when the same pronoun is used to mean two different things/people.  In this case, the first use can just be deleted.  “… situations within the classroom, which require quick thinking to overcome.”

If this is for academic writing, it is not common to put yourself into the essay.  Unless you are specifically required to state your opinion, always write in the third person perspective.

A professional is trained to handle all situations in the classroom.  Overcoming adversity requires quick thinking.  The ability to understand students provides the opportunity to reach them in an effective way.
