I don't know what you're aiming for with your end result, but I would go for something like:
I advised a US Navy P-3 squadron, while attached as Special Forces Intelligence Analyst during the OEF Philippines counter-offensive.
(agreeing with Jody M. about the hyphen, adding a comma after 'squadron' and putting the pronoun 'I' at the start)
You could also rearrange the clauses:
While attached as Special Forces Intelligence Analyst, I advised a US Navy P-3 squadron, during the OEF Philippines counter-offensive.

I don't know anything about military terminology, but could counter offensive need a hyphen (counter-offensive)?
If this is part of a resume, then the structure of your sentence is fine.

Han's second answer sounds more natural and less confusing.
