Usage of 'too'.

Which one is correct:

 

I too don't know.

or

I don't know too.

 

Please help me with this..

With a negative statement you do not say 'too' or 'also', but you say 'either'.

 

I don't know either.

 

I don't sleep well either.

 

I don't play guitar well.

 

I don't either.
