sentence construction
I'm not understanding whats wrong with this sentence?
See example:
It's now clearly understood, I have no further questions or concerns.

You have a comma splice separating two independent clauses. You need the conjunction and after your comma, or a period instead of the comma to make each clause its own sentence.
"It's now clearly understood, and I have no further questions or concerns."
