Punctuation within the included text.
Grammarly advises checking for punctuation but I don't know which punctuation is wrong.
See example:
The technical skills I learned through this project included cell culture techniques such as thawing cells, passaging, and changing media, as well as proper aseptic techniques.

If "passaging and changing media" can be placed together without the comma separating them, consider removing the comma.
"...thawing cells, passaging and changing media, as well as..."
If the comma is necessary then remove "and" and keep the comma.
"...thawing cells, passaging, changing media, as well as..."
