Is the sentence below OK grammarwise ?

Or should it be:

I firmly beleive in the future of the organisation and willing to commit my career with Nomura.

See example:

I firmly believe in the future of the organisation and am willing to commit my career with Nomura.

I firmly believe in the future of the organisation and am willing to commit to my career with Nomura.

The verb 'to commit' takes the dependent prepositions 'to'.
