the above is the reference I have and Grammarly states that it is incorrect. I cant figure out what is wrong. Can anyone help?

Just because Grammarly is telling you that you have borrowed text, doesn't mean that your citation is wrong. As long as the plagiarism checker is turned on, the editor will highlight all borrowed text for your attention.
If you have cited all the borrowed text in your document, you may turn the plagiarism checker off by hovering over the "Start Review" button.
