Hi

I confuse how to figure out the sentence structure. when I can use passive voice, past and present tense. If you can do so that would be great. thanks

At high gas velocity of 15 and 20 m/s, the oil contours were very similar in these two gas velocities. The oil phase in the low section was moved rapidly to the horizontal section. After that at around 2 sec, the interface is just begun to interrupt and generated a few droplets that remain increasing in the system till reached the pipe end at 3 sec in the case of 15 m/s. While at 20 m/s of gas velocity, the interface just starts to interrupt a closer to the pipe end around 50 m and few droplets formed. The observed flow in both cases is similar to churn flow.

Always try to use active voice - it makes the text more interesting, relevant, and "alive" for the reader. If you make something "act" in the present tense, rather than passively be "acted upon", you will hold your reader's interest and make them want to read on.  Hope this helps.
