Maya,

"This is a national confederate body and it coordinates as an umbrella organization which leads national effort in mobilizing resources for blindness prevention activities."

This is a complex sentence (it has two complete sentences -- main clauses -- and one subordinate, defining relative, clause).

There are some errors in this sentence, but the sentence structure itself is complex.

The structure of this sentence is clear although there are some errors in others aspects.

This is a compound sentence and it has two clauses connected with "and" and one attributive  clause in the second clause.
