What's the difference between : "other few pens" and " another few pens" ?

"Other few pens" is incorrect. (We would never say this. It means something like the different group pens.)
For example:
"Give me your right hand." (Man mistakingly gives his left hand.) "Give me your other right hand." (Man realises mistake and gives his right hand.)
"Another few pens" is correct. It means "a few pens more".
