want to know grammatical error
i want to ask that is" i am pursuing" sentence grammatically correct?
1 answer
"To pursue" is a transitive verb, which means that it needs an object. So, we always ask the question: "pursuing what?"
So, you would write:
"I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biology." -- Pursuing what? -- A BA in Biology.
"She is pursuing her dream." -- Pursuing what? -- Her dream.
