When a quote has errors, should the writer correct them?
See example:
In the article "Disaster photos: Newsworthy or Irresponsible", Eddie Ho stated "He didn't think he delayed his or anyone else's exit." (pg268) And in the article "Praise for the Student's footage of Virginia Tech Mass Killing", it Albarghouti said he ran to a safe place before started to record.

If there seems to be a mistake in a quote, you can put (sic) after it. This means you are quoting verbatim and are not responsible for the mistake.
