letter correction

-2

I need somebody to correct my letter, please help me because I am not good at English .I am waiting for your answers. This letter is very important for me I hope that I could get an answer today.

My name is Mandy, I am a girl living in The Netherlands and I am 18 years old. I have read an article about Marisol at school and I was impressed by her passion and professionalism for her job.

I have seen at the newspaper that she was fired. I was very upset with the way she was fired. She was not given a chance to explain anything. Although she did not come back at agreed upon time, she has done a lot to her town.

She was not only the youngest woman, who applied to this job. But also the bravest woman. she have put her life in a great danger when she decided to earn the confidence of the people by using unarmed women. I am sure that you appreciate all what she did to her town, also I understand that you did not have another chance . A police officer primary responsibility is to provide protection of life and property and how she can do that if she is not there. I read she received a death threats. Waiting to be killed was not an option. May be her leaving to see her sick baby helped her to make her choice and not came back.

Her life was in danger and I think she was afraid that they will pursue her if she calls of make any contact with anyone. Understand her she did not

I hope you can all understand her choice.

I appreciate the time that you have taken to read my letter.

My name is Mandy, I am an 18 year old girl living in The Netherlands . I have read an article about Marisol at school and I was impressed by her passion and professionalism in her job.

I saw in the newspaper that she was fired. I was very upset about this. She was not given a chance to explain anything. Although she did not come back at the agreed time, she has done a lot for her town.

She was not only the youngest woman who applied for this job, but also the bravest woman. She put her life in great danger when she decided to earn the confidence of the people by using unarmed women. I am sure that you appreciate all that she did for her town. I also understand that she did not have another choice. A police officer's primary responsibility is to provide protection for life and property so how she can do that if she is not there? I read she received death threats. Waiting to be killed was not an option. Maybe leaving to see her sick baby helped her to make the choice not to come back.

Her life was in danger and I think she was afraid that they would pursue her if she called or made contact with anyone. I understand why she did not.

I hope you can all understand her choice.

I appreciate the time that you have taken to read my letter.

[ I hope I have not changed your intended meaning in any way!

I am not sure what to make of "by using unarmed women..." MH]
