This is a quote from a book. How do I cite this as a ":works cited.

You haven't given the author's name, but to cite, say, Einstein from a paper he published in 1906, you would say " blah , blah, blah....the photoelectric effect." (Einstein, 1906)
All the exact information about the edition, publishers, and so on is to be shown in the Bibliography.
