One of the entries in the book of our kids in school is " Young has much furniture in his room. There are a bed, clock, TV and table." Is the second sentence correct?

" Young has a lot of furniture in his room. There is a bed, a clock, a TV and a table."

Or, if the intent is to say it's "too much":

 

"Young has too much furniture in his room. There is a bed, a clock, a TV, and a table."
