what will be the correct degree of adverb? this kite has flown...........than all other kites.(high). This rocket can fly .............. of all.(high)

The answers are higher and highest, respectively.

The answer should be "the highest".

Thank you. Yes. 'The" should always be used with the superlative '-est'.
