How would you write "my friend's dad's"? As in my friend's dad's business. I am just not sure about where the apostrophes go exactly. Thanks.

 "My friend's dad's business" would be the correct way.


There are other ways to write it, however.


The business of my friend's dad.


That would place the emphasis on 'business' because it comes first. You may get some more suggestions.
