The rose are beautiful.
Which is correct?

Hasan, how can 'the rose are..' possibly be correct?

Hasan,
'Rose' is not a collective noun like army or family, so it will never take a plural verb conjugation.
"The rose is beautiful," is correct.

Kimberley, you are such a very patient moderator!
Ha ha -- I do try. For me, for example, learning Spanish and especially Russian were not easy or always intuitive/logical. I've been there. So, I have a lot of patience with all learners of foreign languages.
