How do I word this better
The organization that I work for, are run by different level of management; there are directors of operation, program managers and executive managers in the organization amd not clear chain of command chart of who report to who.

(1) 'Organization' is a third-person singular noun and so the correct verb conjugation is 'is', not 'are'.
(2) If you are talking about something with differences, yoiu cannot do so by talking about only one item. Because of this 'level' should be plural.
(3) I think the last part of the phrase should be broken up and written as a few different sentences. This will help with clarity.
