Make sure you have established why this statement would be true- "therefore" implies that you are making a logical conclusion based on prior statements! This is how Americans would phrase it:
Therefore every person needs to have goals in order to succeed in life.

Don't forget the comma after 'therefore'!
add comment'Therefore, every one should have goals in order to succeed in life.' 'Therefore, every person needs to have goals to get success in life.' The second statement seems to be wordy. Even if 'to have' is removed and 'get success' is changed to 'succeed', the statement makes a correct sense.
