The use of commas
should the use of comma go before ,30 students ,and after
What doe the community think
When a teacher has these types of challenges in teaching 30 students the authoritarian approach seem to be the best function in class.
The comma should go after "30 students."
There are a few other mistakes here as well, though. All numbers that can be expressed in one or two words should be written out in full, which means that "30" should be "thirty." Because "the authoritatian approach" is singular, the verb "seem" should read "seems" in order to agree in number. The phrase "the best function in class" is also rather oddly arranged.
I suggest these changes:
"When a teacher has these types of challenges in teaching thirty students, the authoritarian approach seems to work best on the class."
