pronoun agreement

The sentence is a bit unclear.  If you are refering to the group, "its" would be the correct word.  But then you shoud also change "with" to "on its quirks."  But you might be trying to say something else.

The quirks of each girl complimented the group's character.

how do i make my subject agree with my indefinite pronoun for following  paragraph?
