Grammar Check- Urgent
We need to know individual material availability check process at first place then have the collaberation in between.
Pl help check the grammar problem, can I use " in between" here?
There are several things here.
Your question about "in between" first: In between what? I assume between the first place and second place, or intermediary places.
There is something missing. Are these three separate needs?
It seem that you have three separate objectives:
1. to know individual material availability
2. to check the process at the first place
3. to have collaboration between places (collaboration would occur among colleagues)
If this is the case, try:
We need three things: to know individual material availability; to check process at first place ; and encourage collaboration among workers during the process.

Hi, in between means the collaberation between me and the post receiver.
I wanna expresss: We have different material availability check process. In case we can get the same target, we need: to know availability check from each other fistly, to have collaberation together to reach the target.

It is difficult to understand what you are trying to express, but I'll give it a shot.
We each have a different process for checking availability of ______. (raw materials/supplies/materials/finished products or whatever you are checking for availability) When working together on the same target, we need to first share the results of the availability checks, then collaborate with each other to reach the target together.
