im unsure what i need to change.

See example:

As previously mentioned; I have celebrated pupils' successes, ensured lessons are interesting and pupils are motivated, in addition to, following the schools' behaviour policy.

The last phrase is a little vague. Who followed the policy--students or teacher?

Try this:

As previously mentioned,[comma] I have celebrated pupils' successes, ensured lessons are interesting and pupils are motivated, and have required students to follow the schools' behaviour policy.

I would write this list (maybe in more than one sentence) so the most important/least negative item is at the end of the sentence. Maybe:

As previously mentioned, I have required students to follow the schools' behaviour policy, ensured lessons are interesting and pupils are motivated, and have celebrated pupils' successes.
