My sentence is  " Thank you so much for making me laugh", is it correct?

Your sentence is grammatically correct. However, I would say "Thank you so much for keeping me cheerful."

I think the sentence is fine. If someone made you laugh, it's a lovely acknowledgement. Laughing and cheerfulness are not necessarily interchangeable in this case.
