It keeps lighting up the word myself and I have no idea what to change it to.

'Myself' is a reflexive pronoun and always requires an antecedent, which is missing from your sentence. If you add a reference to yourself, it will be correct.

 

    It is always important for me to challenge myself.

 

'Me' is now the antecedent for 'myself'.
