I think you have at least a couple of options:

  • "promoting," not "promote"--Oriented to self-care, SWC is an educational Web site dedicated to promoting natural health for humans and their animals. (Also avoid all the capital letters, which are not needed.)
  • "that," not "which"--"SWC is an educational website that promotes natural health for humans and their animals."  ("which" clauses introduce extra information and should be preceded by a comma.)

Promoting is gramatically correct. Also, put a period at the end of your sentence and eliminate unnecessary capital letters.
