Passengers Flow Management:
Shift (A)
  At 2200 when we start our shift there is 12 flight at the arrival lounge A&E and all this flight baggage is delay arrive to assign belt the flowing flight is affected will be send by e-mail 
 At 2205 we notice  the SGS employee they left from module A&E and no one is there to look after the passenger also at the ramp said there is no staff to control  the driver and deliver the baggage at the same belt been assign . due to poor attendance from SGS  and the carelessly of SGS the work and the operation is disturb
 At 0230 reported the 6Q4443/ STD 1034 the passenger at the plaza  when we check with SGS Mr farouq he advise me as per 6Q manager the passenger report early to airport by them self  and the passenger are aware about the departure time at 1034 follow up   
Shift (B)
 Reference to passengers of departure flight 6Q 4443, at time 0633 CCO assigned line# 4 and lounge# 12 to complete the process. SGS provided meals to the passengers inside the lounge. Flt Blk/off1540
Shift(C)
 At 1945 reported delayed departure flight # IA8020 STD 1317, delayed due to aircraft technical in JED Blk. On 1458 Stand C-5 (Flat Tire), lounge #6 assigned for departing passengers (234 PAX), passengers transferred to Alhafouf Hotel at 23:38
 At 1558 passengers of delayed departure flight # SV796 (01/08/2011) arrived HTC, according to SV OPS, same passengers will travel on departure flight # SV2032 STD 1900 Blk. Off 1900.
 At 1615 reported (50) Passengers (Niger Nationality) arrived on flight # NR610 held by immigration due to passengers holding umrah visa with comments (To be sponsored at arrival station by Umrah company), same passengers will be sponsored through (Niger Consulate in Jeddah), at 1830 meals provided by HAJ-3. (Pending)
 At 1950 reported delayed departure flight # PK760 STD 2120, aircraft late arrival due to technical, passengers checked their baggage Line #5 & passengers proceed to lounge #13 N-ETD 0500

 At time 0720, reported buses of arrival flight 6Q 4606 arrived to Jetway A9 but unfortunately no SGS staff to meet/assist the passengers. Staff arrived and offloaded at time 0738.
 At time 0723, reported no SGS staff available at lounge# 11 to meet/assist passengers of arrival flight MS 645 and the passengers had to wait long time at airside. Staff arrived at time 0755.
 A lot of lift behind baggage at arrival baggage belts area (Modules A & E) belongs to deferent airlines. SGS requested to remove all the lift behind baggage from hajj terminal to north terminal immediately but no action been taken. All concerned notified. All details been sent by email.

Apron:
 All fuel PIT(s) at apron 6 are not working. 
 Minor damaged on the ground concrete at center line of stands A3& A4, KAIA OPS informed.
 The use of all VGDS is postponed for live test/certification by concerned department.
 (B) Parking stands B2 to B5 are operational. 
 Fire water pipe blast located between A1 & A2 still not fixed.
 As per maintenance work order #6805, (due to broken fire water line) will digging in the apron side.
Near getway#2, starting from 28/7/2001 till 03/8/2011.
Anther work orders # 6834 extend to 04/08/2011.(Follow up)
