Due to the unavailability of other important guys , the meeting has been rescheduled to the 26th June , please kindly conform your availability.
Sanjay's rewrite is better, but needs a tweak. This is two sentences. The use of "other important guys" is very odd and informal. Changing it to "other important persons" is more formal, but remains odd-sounding. I would use "people" instead, but I still don't like the phrase.
When you tell someone that a meeting has been rescheduled because someone else important can't make it, it can give the impression that the reader is much less important. That may be true, but there are more tactful ways to write this.
Due to scheduling conflicts, the meeting has been rescheduled for the 26th of June. Please confirm your availability.
