It is for u and me. OR It is between u and me.

Neither is appropriate.

If you are talking about something that is to be used by both you and me, for example, 'It is for you and me' is correct.

If you are talking about an issue, a secret, or an argument,  'It is between you and me' is correct.


It is never 'u and me'.
