There's no real question here, but I'll assume you want advice on the headline for a paper. If that's the case and your instructor did not give you format instructions, the only advice I'd offer is to put "Literature Review" on a line by itself over the title, then center them with a double or triple space of separation. You might experiment with the font and see if it looks better to you if one is in bigger type than the other.
