FIXED: Osborne, MacPherson, Patterson, and Szu (2011) argue science represents the domain of human inquiry "responsible for the transformation in Western thinking" (p. 5).

What is your question?  There are no mistakes regarding adjectives or adverbs here.

Also, regardless of the mistakes that Grammarly caught, if an error is caught in a direct quotation you should generally keep it as it was written in the original document.
