Your list construction is not parallel. All parts of the list must follow the tense, construction, and style. And, when you say "vanished" I think you mean "vanquished".

 

If Assad had been vanquished at the early stage of the uprising, we wouldn't have had over 90 thousand dead, 100 thousand injured, a million refugees, and unbelievable destruction.
