Why do you want us to help you re-word this sentence?  It is an word-for-word quote from at least 3 reputable websites.  Are you asking for our help to reword it so as to avoid plagiarism?

If you want to paraphrase to avoid plagairism, asking us to rewrite it for you would still be plagairism.  To paraphrase, you need to put it into your own words.  If you are having trouble understanding how to paraphrase, type "how to paraphrase" in your search engine.  You will find a great many sources, including tutorials, on how to do that.
